Relax and unwind in this bright, family-friendly home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in the Niagara Region. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious retreat is packed with amenities to keep everyone entertained. You'll feel at home in this space that sleeps 10 adults and 1 baby/toddler, with a crib and high chair provided. The living and dining room, and kitchen are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other two rooms on the main floor. There are 3 to 4 parking spots on the driveway, and additional parking may be found on the street. This modern and stylish home offers a private hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge, as well as a game room with Pac-Man themed wallpaper, classic arcade games, and air hockey and indoor basketball. The backyard is your personal oasis, designed for relaxation and fun, with outdoor games like corn hole, spike ball, and darts. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need, including a bar table seating 3 people, complementary coffee and tea, cooking essentials, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. Just a 15-minute drive to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills, this home is also close to local gems like Lock 7, Montebello Park, and Mountain Locks Park. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it's a family neighborhood. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay; it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city; however, we are not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable, please be prepared to shovel if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city. We will try our best to keep the propane filled but guests will need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if it is empty. A dedicated work station is available.
