Welcome to this home in the picturesque neighborhood of Hartsfield, Tallahassee, where you can feel at home. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is centrally located (within 10-15 minutes) to all of Tallahassee. The interior of the house features a single-level floor plan with expansive room spaces and hardwood floors. A vast living room with a Roku smart tv, 3 comfortable sizable bedrooms, and a huge fully stocked kitchen to cater to your needs. The house has a vast front yard with plenty of space for parking 2-4 cars and hanging outdoors, and a large backyard for any outdoor activities with your friends and family. Parking can fit 2 to 3 cars on the driveway. Located in Hartsfield, Tallahassee, the neighborhood has all the serene and charming qualities of the countryside as well as proximity to Downtown and all the action. The neighborhood is located within a 7 minute drive of FSU and 5 minute drive to many local restaurants and grocery stores including Target and Publix and less than 15 minutes to downtown and our beautiful Cascades Park. The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by nature to give it a very green feel. The area is very rich with diversity. Because of its proximity to the Universities, many people have lived around this area while attending college. Some have lived their whole lives here and others come and go for work. Everyone here is very respectful of your privacy as well as friendly and welcoming. Astoria Park Elementary school is within 0.8 mi. Shopping centers within a short distance include Winn Dixie Shopping Center, Publix and Target. Parks and recreational areas include Pat Thomas Planetarium and Lake Jackson Mounds Archaeological State Park. For healthcare, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is within a reasonable distance. No cars can be parked in the street past midnight, or they will be towed. (City ordinance) Violations of the rules, including no smoking inside, no parties, and no pets, will incur a $500 fee. Late checkout will incur a fee of $100 an hour. Unreported guests over 4 will incur a fee of $100 per person. Violations of any rules will incur a minimum $500 fee. Quiet hours are from 10PM- 8AM. There is a Ring Camera in the front of the property and a couple other external cameras on the outside corners of the house. Adjusting or covering the camera will incur a $100 fee.
