Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds. Unwind in the large living room equipped with a smart TV. The open-concept layout is inviting and homely. Prepare meals in the fully renovated kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you could need and enjoy these meals in the designated dining room. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, a sanctuary of tranquility and charm, inspired by French gardens, offering an original bocce ball court. For your convenience, the property also comes with a garage that houses a washer and dryer for guests' use. Please note that this garage is not intended for vehicle parking. There is parking in the front of the home for two vehicles and extra parking in front of the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay for reservations up to 28 days, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. "The Stella Maris" is located in Seminole Heights, a vibrant Tampa neighborhood known for its rich history, eclectic dining scene, and unique shops. It's a district that offers a little bit of everything for everyone, making it a delightful base for your Tampa adventures. It's easy to explore the local area either by car or through the local bus service. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited and smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee.
