The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and stove. For your convenience, there is a TV and Wi-Fi available. Shared, free laundry is available in the basement, accessible externally from the backyard stairwell for all units except Unit 1, which has internal stairs to the basement. There are 3 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in the backyard lot off the alley, with a limit of 1 car per apartment. Free street parking is also available on the block.
