Feel at home in this apartment, one of four in a beautifully converted mansion 4-plex, common in Denver’s older neighborhoods. Unit 1 is the largest unit on the first floor with a front and back entrance. This apartment has a great mix of old-school charm as a beautiful red brick building with hardwood floors, broad windows and a modern style with great interior design, renovated kitchen and bath, and comfortable and stylish furniture. Shared, free laundry is in the basement. Access it externally from the backyard stairwell for all units except Unit 1, which has stairs to the basement from inside the unit. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. There are three first-come-first-serve parking spaces in the parking lot in the backyard off the alley, with only one car per apartment allowed in the lot. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Located one block from City Park and five blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax. It's a four-minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods and King Soopers, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District and downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (four minutes away) and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (20 minutes away). Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Modern Midstay is dog friendly, but holds a strict no cats policy. Damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets shall be charged to the guest. Pets are not allowed on furniture. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise violations. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees.
