This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property; violation of this policy may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs are not permitted, with a fee of up to $350 for violations. This is a self-catering home, meaning supplies are not refilled during your stay, though a starter kit of essentials is provided.
