It features memory foam mattresses, a 60-inch Roku TV in the living room and a 42-inch TV upstairs, artificial turf in the private backyard, an inflatable kids pool, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with essentials including a fry-daddy for cooking your own fish and shrimp. A golf cart is available for rent upon request. For guests with pets, we require information about each pet, such as shedding, chewing habits, potty training status, and crate use. A $200 deposit per pet is required for shorter stays, which doubles for stays longer than a week. Half of the deposit is refundable if no deep cleaning is needed for pet-related issues or damage.
