Outdoors, enjoy the hammock, firefly lights, fire pit, and grill, or take a stroll around the property. The RV is pet-friendly, providing water and food bowls for your furry friends. However, pets should be kept off the bed. The property includes a fenced-in dog park and other rentals spaced and fenced for privacy. Located in a DARK SKY community, the RV offers beautiful starlit nights with incredible views through a powerful telescope. The property is adjacent to a community garden, allowing you to connect with nature. Deer and other wildlife are common, and the quiet neighborhood with dead-end roads ensures minimal road noise. The area boasts amazing relationships with local vendors and is less than 20 minutes from attractions like Wimberly, Blue Hole, and Jacob's Well, and around 30 minutes from the San Marcos River Floating and Canyon Lake. The RV site is luxury and does not permit tent or car camping. Parking is available behind the RV or on its left side. The AC must be managed responsibly to prevent freezing; it should be set to AC low or manually to 71 degrees or higher. Since this is an RV, tanks need to be released manually, with instructions provided during your stay. For stays longer than 2 days, guests may need to manage the tanks themselves. Stays longer than 7 days are not permitted, as the RV is designed for short-term stays.
