Situated in the heart of New Orleans, this residence is just a block away from the St. Charles Streetcar, providing easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. A short ride takes you to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros, while Magazine Street is only 2 miles away. The CBD, known for its dining and nightlife, is within walking distance, and the French Quarter is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The Superdome and Smoothie King Center are also nearby, making this location ideal for exploring the best of New Orleans. This unit is on the 1st floor, but there are a couple of stairs. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with fines ranging from $200 to $500. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. Exceptions to the rules must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
