Not all bedrooms are stocked with a TV, and additional TVs cannot be provided upon request. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Quiet hours are observed daily between 10 PM and 7 AM. Repeated violations of the quiet hours policy will result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. Pool (Heated) hours are daily from 10 AM to 7 PM year-round. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Housekeeping service is provided before check-in and after check-out; additional cleanings are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. For stays over 30 days, additional personal information and a signed License Agreement are required. All guests will be required to verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. The reservation may be canceled if you fail to comply or there is a failed background check. An additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released back within 7 days after check-out to cover any incidentals.
