The #13 Bus Route is located right outside your door, taking you to the Reitz Union. Photos on the listing are of a model unit and may vary in layout, furniture, and finishes, but will be of similar style and quality. Not all bedrooms will be stocked with a TV, and additional TVs cannot be provided upon request. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Quiet hours are daily between 10 PM and 7 AM. Repeated violations of this policy will result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. The pool is heated and open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM all year round. A $60 non-refundable cleaning fee is payable the first night of your stay. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Limited housekeeping service is provided, with cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Additional cleanings are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. For stays over 30 days, additional personal information and a signed License Agreement are required. All guests must verify their information, including a third-party background check, to ensure safety. All information is confidential and will not be shared outside of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or if there is a failed background check.
