This bright and charming apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Highlights include a comfy king-size bed in the spacious bedroom, a high-quality queen sofa sleeper in the living room, ceiling fans throughout, and in-unit laundry with detergent provided. Enjoy the quiet lanai looking out to views of Haleakala and the beautifully landscaped grounds. Free parking is available for one car. Swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills are available. Directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II and Kamaole Beach Park III, this apartment is in close proximity to world-class golf courses, shopping, dining, and the finest beaches. Superb surfing, snorkeling, and paddle-boarding are all nearby. This is not a pet-friendly home, and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. Hawai‘i is a lush tropical environment, and with that comes unique wildlife and small island critters. During your stay, you may see or hear birds and wild roosters, especially in the early morning, ants, termites, small geckos, and occasional cockroaches, even in the cleanest homes. Other small insects are common to island living. Guests should avoid feeding wild animals, as it can lead to increased wildlife activity around the unit. The complex participates in quarterly professional pest control services. Please note that the in-unit washer is currently being replaced, with delivery and installation scheduled for March 24. In the meantime, we recommend Maui Laundry Lockers, a local door-to-door laundry service at Maui Banyan.
