South Kihei Road is very walkable with tons of restaurants and cafes, but the best way to explore other parts of the island is by driving. Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests, and although we are diligent with pest control, there is a possibility you might still encounter a bug or two, especially in ground floor units. This property is not handicap accessible and is only accessible by a staircase, as there is no elevator. There is no AC in the bedroom. Be advised that there is ongoing construction behind the unit. This is not a pet friendly home, and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. There are strictly no parties and events, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, and there is no digital piracy or shoes allowed in the home; there is a $500 fine per violation.
