Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests, and although we are diligent with pest control, there is a possibility you might still encounter a bug or two, especially in ground floor units. This property is not handicap accessible and is only accessible by a staircase, as there is no elevator. There is no AC in the bedroom. Be advised that there is ongoing construction behind the unit. This is not a pet friendly home, and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. There are strictly no parties and events, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, and there is no digital piracy or shoes allowed in the home; there is a $500 fine per violation.
