It's just a short stroll to the beach park across the street. Kai Makani is a beautifully landscaped complex that boasts a large, sunny, sparkling saline swimming pool with lounge chairs plus shaded seating areas, a jacuzzi hot tub, gym, and propane grills in the common area. Its North Kihei location is close to the airport, Costco and all Kahului has to offer. All of South Kihei and Wailea's beaches, shopping, dining and schools are also in close proximity, making this an ideal place to call home. It has one assigned parking spot and another reserve spot available. There is an assigned, private, secured 8'x4'x9' storage room just for this unit's residents at the back of the property for extra gear like surfboards etc. The condo also has a common storage area for kayaks and large stand-up paddleboards. Kai Makani is a condo complex that permits long-term rentals only, making for a peaceful environment with friendly neighbors.
