Please note that there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Decorations are allowed but must be removed before check-out, and glitter and confetti are prohibited. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests.
