The neighborhood is prime, just minutes from Broadway and all major attractions, situated adjacent to the Waverly Neighborhood. Nearby attractions include Broadway & Bridgestone Arena (9 min), The Gulch (7 min), Geodis Park (5 min), Nissan Stadium (8 min), 12 South (4 min), Vanderbilt (6 min), and Belmont (5 min). Please note that there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Decorations are allowed but must be removed before check-out, and glitter and confetti are prohibited. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests.
