Pets are not allowed, and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge for parties, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. All guests must be registered for liability purposes, with a surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night. A security camera is present on the outer door frame of the unit and must not be removed or disabled, with a $500 fine applicable for violations. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a $50/hour penalty if guests fail to check out by 10:30 AM. Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not worn throughout the inside of the unit.
