A background check is required for check-in. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. If arriving on Sunday or Monday after 11 PM, the garage staff can give you the keys, and the primary guest must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must provide notification before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM.
