If you read google reviews, congrats! I just saved you from moving here. If you enjoy unresponsive maintenance, police visiting often and as early as 3 AM, a management office that is nearly never occupied by someone to talk to, cracked and unopenable windows that are promised to be fixed (but never are), staff that tries TWICE to charge you for extra energy bills and when you show them proof of what is actually owed, they rudely respond that you are wrong without even opening the attachment of the correct price, a washer that quite literally deposits all the dirty water directly onto the laundry room floor and sometimes floods the room for hours, inconsiderate neighbors who get into domestic disputes, blast music in the parking lot for up to 30 minutes at a time, leave dog poop and pee in the hallways, and smoke in the non-smoking building, then this is the place for you!!! Ever wanted to move into an apartment that has cigarette holders, filthy walls, dead wasps, moldy floors, and grimy tubs on your move in day? Lucky for you, this place has you covered! Not sure how this place hasn't been shut down yet, so space is limited! Act fast! And get out of here! Oh yeah, if they offer a move-in discount, they most likely won't give it to you, so don't be fooled.
