No elevator is available, so stairs are required to access bedrooms. Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine.
