This home is nestled into 3.5 acres in a DARK SKY community, offering beautiful nights with an incredible view of the stars. A community garden is nearby. Recently added is a wood-fired hot tub for a rustic and romantic evening under the stars. The property also includes a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking enjoyment. The property offers two other unique spaces (a Tiny Home and Luxury RV) that can be rented separately or together for larger groups or additional privacy. The Tiny Home is fully fenced, the RV site has privacy fencing, and the Cottage entrance and yard face in the other direction offering its own privacy if rented alone. The property also has a fenced-in dog area and a community garden. Laundry room access is available upon request. The property is tucked away into a quiet neighborhood with dead-end roads, meaning little to no road noise for a truly tranquil getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and sleepy, with no pass-through streets, ensuring very little traffic and a peaceful environment. Parties are not allowed. Only the number of guests on the reservation can stay at the property. Smoking is not allowed on the property; there will be a $150 fee for smoking (inside or outside). Do not use glitter or confetti on the property. Check out is 10 AM. The house has 1 queen bed and a couch for an extra guest. Guests may be asked to review and sign one or more reservation agreements after booking. The other vacation rentals on the property share the community garden and the back part of the property. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM.
