The top floor offers a private outdoor area with a spacious double rooftop deck complete with a lounging area and hot tub. Free street parking is available both in front and behind the unit. For guests wanting to book this property for filming and/or photography, there is an additional $500 fee, subject to approval and requiring a location agreement and COI. This property is ideally located close to all the action, just minutes from Downtown Broadway, Top Golf, and a variety of great restaurants in East Nashville and Germantown. You're also close to event hotspots like Marathon Music Works, Ascend Amphitheater, and the Ryman Auditorium. There is a $500 fee for filming and/or photography. Guests are kindly asked to keep their guest count within what was confirmed at booking. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti for decorations, and refrain from placing anything on the wallpaper; all decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, so it should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Quiet hours are observed, and outdoor noise should be kept to a considerate level. Smoking is not permitted inside or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors.
