Enjoy outdoor seating, a playscape, and a luggage lift for an additional fee. This beach house is a slice of paradise. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the airy and cozy living room. The kitchen has everything you need to create mouthwatering meals for your loved ones, making you feel right at home. Step outside and experience the beach life with outdoor seating, a long tiki bar, and a grilling area where you can mingle and cook up some tasty treats. Lounge on the chairs, read a book, or take a nap when you need some downtime. The bedrooms have comfy beds with space for everyone, making this beach house the ultimate destination for a fun and unforgettable vacation. You can park your car on the driveway. The golf cart is available for rent and comes with a Bluetooth speaker. The cargo lift is available for an additional fee and is designed to make your stay more convenient, perfect for transporting luggage, groceries, and other items to the upper deck without the hassle of carrying them up the stairs. Tidelands is a development that's not too crowded and has private beach access. The golf cart is available for rent for a small fee and is a great and easy way to get to the beach. The house can only be accessed by taking the stairs. For your peace of mind, a security camera keeps watch over the driveway. Bring bug spray, as the mosquitos can get really bad in Crystal Beach. Important house rules include a maximum occupancy of 10 people, no smoking, no parties or events, and no parking under the house. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours and do not move any furniture during your stay. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any available water hoses and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. Lock doors and windows upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at visitor’s own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. Respect the home as you would your own.
