All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is necessary to verify your identity, provide your check-in instructions, and register any required vehicle information for parking. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties. Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices do not record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. We do not allow parties at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
