After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy home with a nice back patio. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per dog, with a maximum of 2. Located in the Alberta Arts District, this home is situated in a neighborhood known for great food, craft beer, and pour-over coffee. The Alberta District is home to Portland's top-rated restaurants, bars, vintage shops, and some of the best people-watching around. The Alberta Arts District stretches from Williams Ave to 33rd Ave and is lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Walking down the street, you’ll see murals everywhere making this neighborhood colorful and vibrant. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee.
