The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM. You must check-in from the back entrance outside of these hours. There is ongoing LRT construction outside the building, primarily occurring during working hours, so it should not affect your overall stay. The construction schedule and access points continue to evolve daily, but access to the building will always be available either through the back or front of the building. There is a fire station south of the loft, so you may hear occasional sirens. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or drug use is found. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized. A $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. This is a non-party home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and other tenants. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. The maximum number of guests is 4. All guests must be listed on the reservation.
