This Review is in reference to Tracy Lamb... I've been a resident going on 4years now and the Take over from GreyStar to AMC has been filled with Ups & Downs... the first hit being that GreyStar moved on without a care in the world for their ex-residents. GreyStar's last few months left a lot of Unanswered calls, Unattended Office staff & Unanswered questions... in which AMC had to come in & clean up-- BUT as AMC is attempting to get settled it's still seeming as though "Upper management" is struggling to Relate to the customers needs. I've heard several complaints of a lady named Julie* and her disregard to residents needs- she seems more of a dictator without any sympathy, just at the job to get the check and go about her way--- THANKFULLY, & grateful I was able to fall in line with Tracy when my lease needed to be renewed. The new company has had so many people in search of new residency due to the unorganization & miscommunication. But let me explain how Tracy has helped me to stay at Ellicott Grove and be patient with the new changes. She is understanding and relates to the residents. Tracy does call backs & Updates - and I find that things would run much smoother & Efficient if she was our property Manager* here at Ellicott Grove. The property itself is filled with working, multicultural, pleasant natured citizens. The circle is relatively Safe & Peaceful so the location of this property is the highlight*. Not everyone knows everything but it's obvious when our neighborhood has something out of place. The area is Pet Friendly & Night Walking Safe...
