This apartment offers a private oasis to relax, with plenty of natural light, wooden floors, and finishes creating a pleasant and modern ambiance. The kitchen and silverware are readily available for you to cook your favorite meals during your stay. Enjoy hotel-caliber pillows for a more comfortable sleep. In-unit laundry, AC, and heating are available for full temperature control. A 50" HD smart TV is available for guests to use. Enjoy the amazing and spacious shared pool area and the fully equipped on-site gym. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night. Enjoy excellent dining options directly outside the community. Whole Foods Market, True Food Kitchen, and Colony Grill are within a short walk. Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena are a short drive away. Beaches such as Ben T Davis Beach, Davis Islands Beach, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Caladesi Island State Park, and Sand Key Beach are also easily accessible. Explore tourism and entertainment options such as Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, Tampa Museum of Art, International Plaza and Bay Street, Tampa Riverwalk, Henry B. Plant Museum, Armature Works, Ybor City, American Victory Ship & Museum, Tampa Bay History Center, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, USF Botanical Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Adventure Island, and Serengeti Safari. Noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. The noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
