The townhouse requires climbing stairs to access different levels. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violators subject to a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
