Nestled in Ocean City's desirable Gardens neighborhood, feel at home in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, offering a peaceful escape just a 9-minute walk from the beach. This home features an open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. A private front porch allows you to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in-unit. Beach gear is provided, including 6 beach tags on a lanyard, 6 beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon/cart and an umbrella. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets and comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating and air. The property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. Ample free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Located just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, this private rear residence in a quiet neighborhood boasts easy access to the sand and surf. When you're ready to explore the area, you'll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Getting around Ocean City is a breeze with ample free street parking right outside the property. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While Ocean City is a walkable town, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for longer distances or trips to nearby attractions. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked “no pets,” this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, it is kindly asked that you book one of the pet friendly listings. There are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio and video footage 24/7.
