This second-floor unit offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. Feel at home in this simply designed paradise. The living area provides ample room for gathering, with a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from pots and pans to basic utensils. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen invites casual mornings, while a separate dining area makes it easy to share meals together. There is also a free washer and dryer. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center inside the clubhouse lounge, as well as a basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill and lounge area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Nature lovers will appreciate the ten-minute drive to Takomah Trail Park and the thirteen-minute route to Lettuce Lake Park. Situated in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, you're also a short drive from the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and the Tampa Riverwalk. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
