Enjoy the added ease of a private parking space and in-unit washer and dryer for a truly lavish stay. Please note that there are a few steps to get into the home at the front entrance. The furniture is comfy and there is plenty of room for you to have your own space. The apartment sleeps six with two king-size beds in the master bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy dining room seating for six with a bar cart, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and board games. A starter pack of toiletries is also provided. A private parking space is available for your convenience. This exquisite home in Hillcrest offers immediate access to the vibrant neighborhood's diverse dining and eclectic shops. It's also just a short drive from San Diego's iconic attractions like Balboa Park, Old Town, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the city's famous beaches. Although self-check-in is provided for a completely contactless experience, assistance is available for any questions prior to and during your stay. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500. No pets allowed. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Wednesday is trash day. To ensure our vendor can access and roll the bins to the curb, please avoid parking in the driveway on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or leave ample space. A $100 fine will be applied if bins are blocked.
