There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
