Additional amenities include a private balcony, beach essentials including 13 beach chairs, coolers, a wagon/cart, umbrellas, beach towels and more, linens, towels, central heating and air, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to bring their mobile EV charger with a NEMA 14-50 adapter to plug in during your stay. The North End neighborhood in Ocean City, NJ, offers a delightful mix of convenience and coastal charm. Just a few blocks from the beach and nearby the boardwalk, this home is close to amusement parks, arcades, eateries, and shops. Enjoy a variety of dining options including seafood restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors. Several parks and recreational areas are within walking distance, offering spaces for picnics and outdoor activities. Opportunities for fishing, boating, and water sports are readily available. The home is conveniently located near public transportation options, including local bus routes that provide access to numerous points of interest throughout the island. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked “no pets” this is strictly enforced.
