We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. You’ll be just minutes from top attractions like the Houston Museum of Natural Science, The Galleria, and Minute Maid Park, with easy highway access to explore even more of the metro area. The property is located near train tracks, so train noise will be heard at times, but a white noise machine is provided for added comfort. The neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Guests will share access to outdoor spaces and laundry facilities with other residents. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed over while renting the property. Pet cleaning fees apply and pets should be discussed in advance. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time with security camera verification is in place to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras are in any inside private areas. Includes a work station with desk and chair.
