The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a workspace with a desk and chair, a closet, a smart TV, and sliding doors leading to the patio. The primary suite offers a king bed, a cozy sofa, a smart TV, two large closets, and a beautifully lit ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, a smart TV, and its own private patio. The living room boasts a cozy open layout with a large custom couch, an oversized smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The dining area seats six comfortably, with additional bar seating in the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals with ease, making you feel right at home. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. Located just 5 minutes from Grossmont Center, 10 minutes from La Mesa Village and Farmers Market, and 15 minutes from Mount Helix, this home is perfectly situated for exploring San Diego. Enjoy local breweries and dining options within 10 to 20 minutes. Nearby attractions include Mount Helix, La Mesa Village, Lake Murray, Mission Trails Regional Park, Harry Griffen Regional Park, and the La Mesa Depot Museum. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. Up to three additional daytime guests are allowed but must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Open flames and candles are not allowed inside. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near gym equipment, the spa, and fire pit. Use the home gym at your own risk and wipe down equipment after use. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately.
