The location is centralized and is close to I-26, I-77, downtown Columbia and Fort Jackson. This is a first-time rental in excellent condition that was previously owner occupied. The owner is only renting due to a job relocation and plans to move back in after retirement. Downstairs has an open floor plan and hardwoods in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has an island, stainless-steel appliances, and a gas range. Upstairs has a loft, 3 bedrooms, the laundry room, and 2 full bathrooms. Security deposit will be equal to one month's rent, no pets or smoking, and we do require a background check, credit check, and eviction checks. Applications are done on our website only, and all occupants over 18 are required to be on the application. Application fees are $35 per person.
