The staff is so welcoming and very helpful in every step from start to finish. The entire process was done online and the only time I was required to be there in person was to view the property beforehand and to pick up my keys to move in. This was the most vital part considering I lived 86 miles away before my move. They not only delivered a 5 star customer experience but went beyond that and told me the counters werent to their standard and had all of them replaced before I move and updated my central HVAC system. I thank you for everything you do and i am sure this is going to be my happiest home ever!

I truly enjoy living at Landmark! The staff is awesome and very professional. All requests are handled in a timely manner and are completed to your satisfaction. I have been here for a few years and my experience has been great! I would highly recommend these apartments homes. I hope the gate is fixed very soon.

I have recently moved away from Columbia . But I had to stop by and write a review on a place I called "home " for 10 yrs..YES!! I absolutely enjoyed living here. I loved coming home to a beautiful landscaped community. The property is kept clean and beautiful. They have a landscaping company that comes in periodically through out the year. If you see trash when you leave for work I can guarantee you it will be gone by the time you get home. The community has had very little crime. I have numerous time went away for weeks at a time and my apartments and car remained safe. If something does occur management is good with notifing its residents of the nature of the crime and the precautions you need to take. They also have on site maintenance which is a plus in case of a emergency. As far as pest are concerned you do pay a small "pest control " fee. USE IT! They come out evert Thursday to service the complex. If need be they will come out each week to make sure the problem is solved. I can absolutely attest to this. I had very little problems with roaches unless someone near me moved out. As far as Palmertto Bugs..no problem. The staff I have found was always helpful.When I did have a issue they alwsys took care of it in a timely matter. If I felt I needed to go farther the Property Manager always made herself available to talk with me about my concerns. "Use her" that is what she is there for. And I have found her to be very approachable. The community is quiet which makes enjoying your back porch even better if the heat is not bad. I think the only problem I have noticed is the dog situation. The complex does have rules and stations for dog waste but unfortunately it is not used. Some residents take advantage and allow their pets to go anyware. Likewise also certain breeds are not allowed but this too also is ignored by some of the residents. I have enjoyed calling this place "home" for many years. I would suggest you take a tour and see for yourself.
