10/10 I’m being extremely unbiased and very strict it’s that good, trust me I would know. During my visit/tour of the apartment with my friends Mitchell & Jaylen I instantly noticed numerous amounts of positives and no negatives at all. Every area is super clean with an aesthetic setting, the aroma/smell was super pleasing, also all staff members are insanely friendly compare to other apartments who are usually rude. I am roommates with my friends and they assisted us with our lease and other questions with friendly attitudes. They made sure we get the best deals without any sketchy offers. It’s the best spot you can possibly choose especially compare to the other 7 apartments we toured none of them are in the same league as Cardinal and I haven’t even began to list the other incredible reasons to choose Cardinal, I have only scratch the surface.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Cardinal for the past year, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the property, I was impressed by the modern, stylish design and the attention to detail. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with high-end finishes and appliances that make everyday living a joy. The amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a relaxing pool area, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The on-site management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied. Security is also a priority here, with secure entry systems and well-lit pathways that make me feel safe at all times. Location is another highlight. The Cardinal is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and public transportation, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home.
