10/10 I’m being extremely unbiased and very strict it’s that good, trust me I would know. During my visit/tour of the apartment with my friends Mitchell & Jaylen I instantly noticed numerous amounts of positives and no negatives at all. Every area is super clean with an aesthetic setting, the aroma/smell was super pleasing, also all staff members are insanely friendly compare to other apartments who are usually rude. I am roommates with my friends and they assisted us with our lease and other questions with friendly attitudes. They made sure we get the best deals without any sketchy offers. It’s the best spot you can possibly choose especially compare to the other 7 apartments we toured none of them are in the same league as Cardinal and I haven’t even began to list the other incredible reasons to choose Cardinal, I have only scratch the surface.
I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Cardinal for the past year, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the property, I was impressed by the modern, stylish design and the attention to detail. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with high-end finishes and appliances that make everyday living a joy.
The amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a relaxing pool area, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The on-site management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied. Security is also a priority here, with secure entry systems and well-lit pathways that make me feel safe at all times.
Location is another highlight. The Cardinal is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and public transportation, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home.

LOVE, LOVE LOVE this apartment! Absolutely beautiful place to live and call home. Just moved here a few months ago and I have nothing negative to say about this place. The staff was so much help and makes it their priority to build relationships with residents and is always willing to help with anything we need. The amenities are top notch (washer and dryer, amazing pool, awesome gym, coffee machine, common areas, dog friendly, great staff, perfect location, valet trash, dog park, dog wash, bike shop and storage, shops, free parking, and much more) it’s so clean and the property is well kept. I highly recommend this place and has made my transition so much easier when moving to Columbia.

The Cardinal Apartments are convenient to so many things ranging from restaurants and services to food store. Sam’s Club and Walmart are just up the street as well. The apartment complex is very nice with a super gym and pool complex. The folks who manage the apartments and maintenance are quick to act when you pass questions to them. We’ve been here a month and we are very pleased that we are here.
I moved here in March of 2021, and have not looked back since. Many friends and associates have expressed to me I could get more living space for half the cost I pay to live here. That much may be, however, my apartment overlooks the pool which is located in what I call the center atrium. I read through most of the reviews from other residents and potential residents and find many of the less than stellar reviews to be very surprising. The staff here has been more than accommodating to me and my extended family. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is answered within 24 hours. The most trivial requests are handled by the property managers without hesitation. I am a disabled veteran with special needs, and am able to find ample handicap parking at the main entrance, and on all 5 levels of the parking garage. Further if you want your very own RESERVED Parking spot, you can get that too. Oh, did I mention there is storage available on site? Yes, to live here may seem a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. What's there not to love.
I was reading the other reviews and though this apartment was terrible, but with me I always have to experience something before I can have a say, and the only thing I have to say is Jazmine and Bella are genuine, kind and extremely helpful with the our leasing process. You can tell they take care of their facilities as far as everything goes. Everything looks A1 and the environment is healing, community is great and there is nothing more you can ask for in terms of a place to stay. If they keep this up this might be the best apartment in South Carolina.
I can’t say enough great things about this community!!! From the friendliness of my neighbors, the awesome leasing staff, amenities, location and maintenance staff! I’m not an easy person to please but from the moment I called this community, they have been nothing short of amazing! I wish I knew everyone’s name, but I do not! Jasmine, has been heaven sent! Her kind nature, attentiveness, willingness to help and just overall aura makes me feel so blessed to be a part of this community. Ashley is one of the friendliest leasing agents I’ve met. Very down to earth and approachable. The other ladies are just as sweet, not only to me but to my daughter and my spoiled fur baby! Today I really wanted to praise the maintenance staff! T and Cap came to my apartment to fix my dryer and not only were they extremely considerate and professional, the worked quickly, efficiently and went out of their way to make sure that I wasn’t disturbed (3rd shift worker). The issue was super minor but they handled it like it was so important and didn’t look at me crazy for requesting assistance with such a small issue. I absolutely love it here!
Loved it. Jasmine is amazing. Showed us everything. The place is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. One of the safest places I’ve lived. The trash pick up is great. Pool is always clean. Gym always have towels. The coffee machine is really good. The price was high but it’s worth every penny. Love the community gatherings. Maintenance is great they responded fast. I definitely plan on staying here for a long time.
