We moved in this weekend and so far have no complaints at all. We looked at many apartments in Lexington and west Columbia within our budget. This place was the best. The apartment is as good as new. The community is well lit and feels truly safe. The property manager Becky even restricts entry of mailmen into the community and would rather have packages delivered in the office so they aren't stolen from outside the door. The maintenance was quick to resolve any problems we had. Around the time I booked the apartment, Columbia was struck with massive floods. Thus, the existing tenants had to change their moving dates. The management was so considerate that in order to keep up with their commitment, they let us stay in a temporary apartment for a month at their expense! I haven't seen any management being so thoughtful. On the downside, the walls are really thin. I live on the second floor and the floor is really squeaky; I wonder how the people on my lower floor live. You can also hear voices between apartments.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. I have been here for a little over 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The location is really great as it is close to my work and the interstate. There is also a grocery store right behind the complex, which is super convenient. My favorite part of living here is the staff. Chase and Rhonda go above and beyond for the residents here and it’s clear they really care about the community. The maintenance staff are also very polite and timely in resolving any issues. This is a great place to live for the price point. The units are old, but they are in great shape and the community overall is safe and quiet. The grounds are clean and well maintained and they’ve done a great job with the amenities. The new gym, clubhouse and pool all look very sharp. As long as I am working in the Cayce area, I plan to renew my lease every year.
