Located in the Goose Island neighborhood, you can easily explore local gems like Steppenwolf Theater, The Salt Shed, and The Second City, thanks to the proximity to the CTA Red, Brown, and Purple Lines. Enjoy shopping at nearby spots like Crate & Barrel and Whole Foods, or catch a movie at AMC NEWCITY 14, just a short walk away. For convenient dining options, try takeout from local favorites like King Crab House Chicago, Goose Island Brewhouse, or Alinea, all within walking distance from your apartment. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals. If you have a service animal, notify the host prior to check-in. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and additional charges.
