Enjoy the convenience of fast Wi-Fi, a 4K Roku TV, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Families will appreciate the pack 'n play and high chair. One parking spot is available for up to a standard SUV. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis only at the discretion of the host, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests are required to complete a digital boarding pass before check-in. No loud music or disturbances are allowed after 10:00 pm. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a fee of $75 for every 30 minutes. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. A lost key, key fob, or parking access swipe card will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. A lost parking pass tag will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Every first Tuesday of the month, there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. Building management doesn’t allow mail or package deliveries for security and organization purposes. Includes a private workspace. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines imposed by the apartment complex. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month. The partner will stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections, and guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
