Relax in the living room with fast Wi-Fi and a 4K Roku TV, ensuring you feel comfortably at home. One parking spot is available for a standard SUV. Additional guest fees apply after the first guest. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, with a security system allowing self check-in via electronic e-locks. A key is needed to enter the building, and a lockbox is available on the premises. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed, and pets are not permitted without prior written consent. Unauthorized extra guests or pets will incur an additional charge of $50 per night. Lost keys or parking passes will result in a replacement fee. Smoking will incur a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment fee. Monthly inspections are conducted for long-term stays, with guests informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
