The apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. You'll also find fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and an in-unit washer/dryer. One parking spot is available for up to a standard SUV. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights/monthly, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee will not exceed $175 per pet per month. This apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is 18 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and 15 minutes from Philadelphia Professional Sports Arenas. Enjoy being a short walk from local favorites like Amada (Spanish Cuisine), Cuba Libre (Cuban Cuisine), and Zahav. Extra guest fees apply after the first guest. Guests must remove garbage from the apartment during their stay and are responsible for any garbage or automotive-related city fines. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Guests should bring their own pet beds or blankets. Pets must be leashed or appropriately contained at all times when outside the apartment. There is a $50 charge per night for each undeclared or unauthorized extra guest or pet. There are exterior doorbell cameras installed outside the apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Mail or package deliveries are not allowed. Every first Tuesday of the month, there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 10 AM. A penalty of $1000 and a cleaning fee may be assessed if there is smoking of any kind, and smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. Every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time will be an additional $75. The hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100/hour. A lost key or key fob or parking access swipe card will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. A lost parking pass tag will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Includes a private workspace and fast Wi-Fi.
