No pets are allowed, and this is a non-party home. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or if evidence of smoking is found. Tampering with fire alarms or smoke detectors will incur a minimum $100 fee. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, and any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee per person per night.
