Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee, and you'll have free parking when booking this property. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Located in the heart of Kissimmee, the condo sits within a gated, master-planned resort community with convenient access to local transport, health services, and everyday essentials. The surrounding area brings you close to attractions, while still giving a sense of ease and space. You are a short drive from major Orlando destinations, approximately 12 minutes to Disney, around 20 to 25 minutes to Disney World depending on route, about 20 minutes to SeaWorld, and roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Nearby dining and shopping options offer plenty of choices within a couple of miles. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
