This is a self-catering unit, and initial supplies are provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please respect the neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
