The living space features a smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix. The cozy couch also pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa with extra pillows and sheets provided. The game room is equipped with a full pool table with a chalk board for tracking score. The large, fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances along with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. A cozy nook sitting table is the perfect place for the entire family or group to sit and enjoy their meals together. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds topped in super soft, quality bedding. Tucked between both bedrooms is a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, fully stocked with fluffy white towels and basic toiletries. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the wrap-around front porch with rocking chairs or play a game of cards at the bistro table outside while soaking up the beautiful Florida weather. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars. Located in the heart of Uptown St Augustine, this apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries. It's a 7-minute drive to Vilano Beach. Walk along the main street lined with shops, restaurants and cafes all the way into the beautiful Historic Downtown area giving you the perfect central base to explore the nation’s oldest city. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
