Coin-operated laundry is available in the building. Parking is available at a private lot 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment at $250 per month. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.
