With three bedrooms, this space can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, providing beautiful views and direct lake access. Located on the shores of Lake Tawakoni, known as 'The Catfish Capital of Texas,' this bungalow is a perfect home base for enjoying the lake's many delights. The space is filled with natural light and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, catering to both short-term and medium-term stays. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for all your cooking needs, featuring standard appliances, cooking essentials, and a center island with seating for four. The dining area boasts a rustic wooden table with bench-style seating, perfect for sharing meals or hosting intimate gatherings. The living area, with its high ceilings, oversized U-shaped sectional, and rustic wooden arches, exudes comfort and relaxation, complete with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a pool table. Free parking is available on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Situated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, Quinlan is a quiet, rural city just five miles west of Lake Tawakoni. Known for its friendly suburban environment and rural charm, Quinlan offers an escape from urban life without compromising on city amenities. Explore local attractions like Lake Tawakoni State Park, local community events, shops, restaurants, and historic buildings. For those interested in exploring Dallas, attractions such as the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and the Children's Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park are within a 50-minute drive. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. Smoking is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The property does not allow parties or events, and only registered guests are permitted. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included. The property is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.
