No parties or events are allowed, and you will be charged an additional $500 for any unauthorized parties or events, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the breaking of this rule. No smoking inside the house or on-premises within 6 feet of any doorway. No pets allowed unless granted in writing. Parking rules must be followed or you will be at risk of being towed. Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the spacious living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the private balcony. Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the space for your convenience.
