Nestled in a beautiful location just minutes from Rosendale's vibrant main street and only 10 minutes to the quaint hamlets of Kingston, Accord, Stone Ridge, and High Falls, you'll find solace in the fresh country air. Experience all the region has to offer, just 90 minutes from New York City. "Bonnie and Clyde" Cottage includes two cozy bedrooms, a luxurious sun-drenched living area, a full bath, and a gourmet kitchen. Enjoy a peaceful al fresco dinner on your private deck and explore the many nearby hiking trails and lakes. Guests must take out the trash when departing, with bins located outside close to the driveway. The cottage is a smoke-free property, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room smoked in. Excessive noise should be avoided to respect other cottage neighbors, with quiet hours between 9pm-6am. Late checkout after the time on your reservation will result in a $250 fee unless authorized in writing at least 24 hours before the checkout time. Checking out over 1 hour late will incur an additional fee at the undiscounted day rate. The maximum number of guests allowed is as per your reservation, and no parties or events may take place on the property. Violating the guest limit or hosting a party will result in cancellation of your reservation, police involvement, and additional fees. For security purposes, a copy of your photo ID and a list of all guest names and ages must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking.
