The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample cupboards and base cabinets, a complete set of kitchen tools and utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and an electric kettle. For entertainment, enjoy the indoor putting green, a private pickleball court with paddles and balls, a 2-player arcade machine, a variety of board games, and 2 Roku TVs. The dining area offers an elegant bar table set-up with seating for 4 and a beautiful chandelier. The primary bedroom features a spacious wardrobe and room-darkening shades, a reading nook, and a full-body mirror. The bathroom includes hotel-like amenities, hygiene essentials, a shower with hot water and great water pressure, a hair dryer, and travel toothbrushes. Pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as service animals under the ADA. This apartment is located 30 miles from Solitude Mountain Resort, 28 miles from PC Mountain & Canyons Village, 32 miles from Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Resort, 20 miles from Downtown Salt Lake City, and 18 miles from the University of Utah. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests violate this policy. If the property is not pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
