Entertainment options abound with an indoor putting green, a private pickleball court (paddles and balls provided), a 2-player arcade machine, and a variety of board games. Two Roku TVs offer access to your favorite streaming services. The dining area features an elegant bar table setup with seating for 4, adjacent to the kitchen. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with plush bedding and a king air mattress. The primary bedroom includes a spacious wardrobe, room-darkening shades, a reading nook, and a full-body mirror. The bathroom provides hotel-like amenities, a shower with hot water and great water pressure, and a hairdryer and travel toothbrushes. Enjoy the private pickleball court and putting green. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, with a $200 per day fine for violations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, with additional fees for uncollected waste and potential damage. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and continue until 8:00 AM. A security camera views the parking lot and records video and audio for property protection.
