Each bedroom is equipped with a recently added AC unit for your comfort. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Laundry is on-site with quarters required, costing $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Point Loma is a beautiful rugged peninsula on the coast of San Diego, known for the Cabrillo National Monument with trails, tide pools, and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a popular spot to watch the sun go down. Nearby Liberty Station offers buzzy restaurants, shops, and events. Delicious seafood eateries are abundant on Shelter and Harbor islands. For live music, Humphreys Concerts by the Bay is a must-visit. Point Loma is very walkable, and Uber or Lyft can take you beyond the area. An assigned parking spot is available, but it's a tight turn for anything larger than a mid-sized car. This apartment offers self-check-in for a contactless experience, and assistance is available for any questions during your stay. There is a strict no-smoking policy with a $500 fine for violations. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints will be considered a violation.
