Welcome to this fully furnished, newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat, thoughtfully designed for both short-term and long-term stays. Feel at home in this modern space. The main floor features an open layout with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials. The upstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and Smart TV. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a full-size bed, both sharing a hallway bath. Smart TVs are in all bedrooms, and fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels are provided in every room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. This home is family and pet-friendly, and pet fees apply. Pets require prior approval before check-in. Guests must contact us in advance to discuss their pet’s stay. Upon approval, the applicable pet fee is collected through a fund request. Pet fees are occupancy fees, not damage protection. Additional cleaning fees are charged for excess hair, dander, or odor. The pet fee is $10 per pet per night for 29+ night stays, $15 per pet per night for 7–28 night stays, and $25 per pet per night for 1–6 night stays. Conveniently located off I-85, this home is a short walk to local dining and close to scenic spots like the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and Southeastern Railway Museum. It offers easy access to I-85, Atlanta-area attractions, and job centers. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and are not eligible for fee exemptions. ESAs are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Applicable pet fees apply. Failure to disclose an ESA before arrival results in applicable pet and cleaning fees being charged upon discovery, if not after check-out, and may impact the reservation. For stays of 40–60 nights, a mid‑stay clean is required (linens and toiletries replenished; personal belongings not included). For stays over 60 nights, a Deep Clean replaces the standard checkout clean—more comprehensive for long stays. The standard cleaning fee—charged at booking—only covers the initial checkout clean. Any mid‑stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately, on top of that fee. For bookings made via trusted partner, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once the stay thresholds (40/60 nights) are reached.
