Inside the home, you'll find a main floor with an open layout that includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV. A guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a full-size bed share a hallway bath. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms, and fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels are provided in every room. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups awaits you. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night for stays of 1-6 nights, $15 per pet per night for stays of 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet per night for stays of 29+ nights. Extended-stay cleaning costs apply: a mid-stay clean is required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. This home offers easy access to I-85, Atlanta-area attractions, and job centers.
