A shared patio is fully fenced, and laundry facilities are available for your convenience. Parking is available for 2 compact cars on the stone driveway located on the right side. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. Please bring their own bed and keep them off furniture. A maximum of 4 dogs per stay is allowed, and all dogs must be declared in advance. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only. A crate is required if left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Located in a prime area, this apartment offers easy access to theme parks, shopping, dining, and major highways. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all that Orlando has to offer while having a peaceful retreat to return to. Noise levels should be kept low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open, so please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. The apartment is treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. Includes a workspace with a desk and chair available for remote work or studying. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided to ensure a smooth work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
