I spent 3 years in the community from 2021 to 2024 in the Apt 115. Excellent attention from the complex management, Ms. Terrilyn does a wonderful job with the maintenance team. The opportunities I made service calls were attended to promptly. The areas always maintained in good condition, a very quiet and safe community. I recommend 100%.

My family and I have been residents of this property since the summer of 2020. We've enjoyed our nice apartment space, peaceful environment, soothing backyard views, ample and clean space to walk our pets, and great property staff!
The property manager, Ms. Terrilyn, is fantastic. Wonderful attention to detail, efficient, fab customer service, and always has a sense of urgency to get things done. As for the maintenance team, they get things taken care of in a timely fashion, and also give good customer service.
Family-friendly area (several school options for different grade levels nearby) and we feel safe where we are. Also major plus that we are literally within walking distance to convenience stores, grocery stores, as well as a variety of restaurants. Furthermore, it's a 15-20 min drive (depending on traffic) to this city's international airport.
As for the local utility companies that service this area, their ability to fix issues in a timely manner is impressive. Particularly good to know for those who work from home. :)
We feel happy with our choice and would recommend other potential tenants to highly consider this property as a good choice to live in.
I have been living here since 2020 and ever since Ms.Terri has taken over this property, it has been a pleasure living here! She always gets things done in a timely manner and is one of the most awesome people I know! The best place I have ever lived in Florida as a life long Florida resident!

I lived at Villages at Lake Pointe for two years and it was a great experience. Terri and the maintenance staff are kind and caring. Every time I needed their assistance, they provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the neighborhood usually was considering that many families and some college students lived in the community. The rooms are spacious and the walk-in closets are a good size too. I got lucky and had a beautiful lake view from my balcony which made the place feel even more like home. Now that I live in a different apartment complex with thinner walls, I realize that the soundproofing between apartments at Villages at Lake Pointe was done well. The only reason why I moved was because I needed to shorten my commute to work. If it weren't for that, I would still be living there.
This place was a fantastic place to reside, the complex manager is phenomenal, she’s very nice and professional, she communicates with everyone and cares about the safety of the residents, the complex stays clean thanks to the maintenance team. Overall me and my family loved it here and I’m sad to leave.
I just left the Villages at lake pointe property and eveything was absolutely amazing. I’m looking to move by January of 2025, I was able to view the 3 bedroom apartment and the layout was perfect. Both the office and the apartments were very clean and well put together. The manager was very helpful and provided all the right information I needed. Definitely somewhere of interest for me to move. Love love love it!

Stayed here for a few years. Fair rent pricing and clean property. Property manager terrillyn is respectful and kind. Maintenance team is friendly and quick!
Today I visited this apartment community and I really liked it. The property manager was kind and attentive. The lake view adds a beautiful touch to the already great location, and with the New Year promotions, it’s a definite recommendation for those seeking a quality home!
